Cupcake Birthday Cards

All of a sudden my girls have been invited to several birthday parties! So last week I whipped up some cupcake birthday cards out of scraps I've been wanting to use because I hate throwing away anything that has potential.

Late start to 2012!

I apologize to anyone who is following me...the last few months..well lets just say where did they go?! LOL Two of the kids had trips to Washington D.C. and NYC which I chaperoned both!! Fifth graders to D.C. and seventh/eighth graders to NYC....I know, I'm a bit on the crazy side!! We had so much fun though and I would do it again in a heart beat!

So my scrapping and crafting has been neglected and I'm ready to tackle my passion again! I did complete my sister-in-law's wedding album last week so I'll post that today, I did not use CTMH products because I have promised myself to scrap with whatever I already own. Trying to save money this year like everyone else lately. I also made a Valentines rag wreath yesterday and whipped up some quick birthday cards for kids!

I have some scrapbooking goals for this year, which includes stay current with my blog and facebook page, it helps that I already have three retreats to attend for the year!! Yay! Who doesn't love scrapbook retreats?? Here's to a new year of getting crafty!!

I'm finally back!!

Well I've been a little MIA lately. Its been a crazy busy summer, kids home from school, vacations, swimming, and NO SCRAPBOOKING!! I was so waiting for the kids to go back to school so I could create something, anything! So last week was their first week and I did nothing but scrapbook and enjoy the peace and quiet! I'm going to post some things I have made recently, I am also getting ready for an open house scheduled for Saturday, September 3rd. I hope my products get here on time, CTMH is backed up right now and I waited too long to order, but they are on their way now. I'll just have to work my butt off next week to get ready...wish me luck!! :)

Back to reality!!

Well vacation had to come to an end, we are taking the rest of the week to unpack and get back in the swing of things!! I had started this blog to help promote my business but I've been busy since the kids got out of school. I haven't even scrapped a thing and all I think about is creating layouts and cards!! I'm going to try and make it a priority to post more artwork here from now on! Convention is going on right now and the new Idea Books go live August 1st!! I am so excited to see the new products! From what I hear so far lots of big changes and products are coming!!
